1. Who I am

These terms apply when you buy from the Atelier Auriac shop (payhip.com/AtelierAuriac). The shop is run by Marie Auriac, trading as Atelier Auriac, a sole trader based in Scotland.

2. What you're buying

All products are digital: PDF ebooks and, for Essential Templates, an Excel workbook. Nothing is posted to you. The page count and format of each product are shown on its product page.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) at checkout. Payment is taken by Payhip, using Stripe or PayPal. Payhip may add VAT where the law requires it, and the total is shown before you pay.

4. Delivery

After payment you'll see a download link straight away and receive it by email. You can download each file up to 5 times. Please save your files to your device. If your link doesn't arrive or stops working, email me and I'll help.

5. Your right to cancel

Under UK law you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital downloads, that right ends once the download starts, provided you agreed to this at checkout. By completing your purchase you agree to receive the files immediately and understand that you lose your right to cancel once the download starts.

6. If something is wrong

If a file is faulty, won't open, isn't as described, or you were charged twice, email atelierauriac@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. I'll send a working file or give you a refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. How you can use the guides (licence)

When you buy a guide, you get a personal licence to:

• read, print and use it for yourself and your own business

• fill in, copy and adapt the templates for use in your own business

You may not:

• share, forward, upload, resell or give away the files, in whole or in part

• use them to teach a course, workshop or group, or share them with clients, students or members, unless you have a partner licence from me (email me to ask)

• use the content to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems

8. General information, not professional advice

The guides give general information for small businesses in the UK and Scotland. They are checked against official sources at the date shown in each guide, but laws, rates and rules change. The guides are not legal, tax, financial, HR, medical or other professional advice. Check important decisions with a qualified adviser and the official sources listed in each guide. Templates are examples to adapt to your own situation.

9. Liability

I take care to make the guides accurate and useful. Nothing in these terms limits my liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, I'm not responsible for losses that come from decisions you make based on the guides, or for business losses (such as lost profit or income). If you buy as a business, my total liability is limited to the price you paid.

10. Your personal information

I use your details only to deliver your order, provide support and, if you choose, send you emails. You can unsubscribe at any time. See the privacy policy on my shop for full details.

11. Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown when you bought.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you can also use the courts and the consumer protection law of the part of the UK where you live.
