AudacityXX is a women-led social enterprise dedicated to raising Europe and Africa’s next generation of bold female leaders and change-makers. The organisation equips young girls and women with the confidence, clarity, and competence to excel professionally, thrive personally, and lead courageously in business, policy, creativity, and community.

Through initiatives such as SheLeads Lab, leadership workshops, mentorship programmes, and publishing projects, AudacityXX creates spaces where women can develop practical skills, build meaningful networks, and turn ambition into action. The platform is committed to helping women not only dream bigger but also take the steps needed to build impactful and fulfilling lives.

AudacityXX was founded by Grace Oladipo, an international speaker, author, and advocate for women’s leadership and youth empowerment. With experience across international institutions including the United Nations and the Hague Academy of International Law, Grace is passionate about creating opportunities that empower women to lead, innovate, and shape the systems around them.

Together, AudacityXX and its growing community are cultivating a new generation of audacious women who are ready to build, influence, and create meaningful change across Europe and Africa.
