I’m Ernestina a London based foodie, also known as Etinaa on Instagram. I make the kind of chilli sauce (shito) you can’t find in shops proper Ghanaian flavour, straight from my kitchen to yours. Inspired by my mum’s legendary recipe and perfected in my own kitchen, every jar is handmade in small batches with love and a little bit of fire.

What started as a few requests from friends has quickly grown, all thanks to you. After selling out three batches through Instagram, DMs alone, I knew it was time to make things easier so here we are!
