Freya Shi (she/they) is a writer, poet, art practitioner, holistic wellbeing facilitator who uses astrology, tarot, and meditation to support collective transformation and liberation. Having lived across two oceans, three continents, four languages, and various academic disciplines, their practice integrates critical theory, spirituality, movement, and community engagement. Freya is a 2026 Barbican Young Poet and a 2024 British Council Venice Biennale Fellow.
