Hi 👋🏾


This is my first blog post on this platform and I would like to say, from the bottom of my heart thank you each and everyone of you who clicked and shared this space with me and my work. My intention with it, is to speak or rather write from my heart. In hopes to inspire you, to share my thoughts and knowledge on everything Fitness, healthy eating and self love.


Just a little of back story of my journey. I started working out in 2014 right after high school, this was based on my exposure to running of which an older sister of mine would drag me to during school

holidays. I liked how my body felt after the run, that made me promise myself, that once I was old enough I would workout. Now, of course I didn’t see the whole picture on how I would archive this but, I knew I had to start somewhere and that was running and cardio from watching Instagram videos. Now, at this point I was running on and off till my final year in varsity(2017) when I signed up at the gym and my life changed forever.


I took the first step by throwing out all the sauces & Junk foods I had in my house, in attempts to start a better relationship with food. I was already learning about it in my course (Btech in Hospitality Management UJ). So, I channeled that knowledge into my workouts as well as my meal plans. That is why I finally decided to share my knowledge & experiences with you. I do hope, they work for you but you must show up for you.
