Keshonda Willis is a writer, entrepreneur, and wellness-centered creative whose work explores identity, healing, caregiving, emotional resilience, and authentic becoming. Through reflective storytelling, journaling, aromatherapy, and intentional community experiences, she creates spaces that encourage others to reconnect with themselves beyond survival.

A mother of three and lifelong nurturer, Keshonda’s journey through motherhood, caregiving, heartbreak, reinvention, and self-discovery became the foundation for The Chrysalis Years, her debut reflective memoir. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing is not about becoming someone new, but reconnecting with who we have always been beneath the expectations, exhaustion, and performance of survival.

Keshonda is the founder of Moto Pacha Candles & Company and Authentically You Healing Collective, where she combines aromatherapy, reflective practices, and intentional experiences designed to support emotional grounding, authenticity, and transformation.

She currently resides in Milwaukee, where she continues building spaces, stories, and experiences centered around healing, reflection, and becoming.
