About Me


I’m Tinuola Odunuga, also known as Author Tinu, a Confidence Coach, and the author of From Crying to Smiling: How I Discovered Strength in Adversity. My journey toward becoming a coach was shaped by personal adversity, including experiences with abuse, heartbreak, loss, and divorce. Over the years, I’ve used these challenges as stepping stones to rebuild my confidence, turn painful situations into positive outcomes, and ultimately discover strength in the most difficult times.


As a Confidence Coach, I draw from my personal experiences and my professional background in Human Resources, where I’ve had the privilege of empowering individuals and teams. I’ve also appeared on TV talk shows, interviewing high-profile figures, and discussing impactful topics like mental health, rehabilitation, and social issues. These experiences have deepened my understanding of human behaviour, resilience, and transformation.


Through my coaching, I offer a safe, confidential space for you to navigate your own challenges, build self-confidence, and rediscover your strength. Whether you’re facing heartbreak, loss, or a personal setback, I’m here to help you heal, grow, and thrive.
