1) What if I want a single NSFW postcard? Mystery sticker pack? Bookplates? Do I have to pay $7 shipping?

Nope. All single postcards, bookplates, and mystery sticker packs will be sent with a stamp to provide a cheaper option for those interested.

2) Why are regular paperbacks $23?

The cost of shipping and transaction fees are included in the regular (non-bargain) book price. Unfortunately, this leads to higher prices.

3) When are items shipped?

Books and merch will be sent out within seven business days unless otherwise noted.

4) There's a book of yours that I really want but it's not on your shop. Will you get it in stock?

Right now, I'm only including books I have on hand that are leftover from my signings. If there is a particular book you'd like, you may submit a request. Unfortunately, I can't guarantee to put it in stock as I'm currently not accepting open orders.

5) Will you ever have individual sequels instead of series bundles? I already have the first book.

Yes, I hope this will one day be an option. Right now, you can make submit a request through my contact page or order signed bookplates and buy your copies from other reputable retailers.

6) Can I buy the Special Editions at any retailers?

No, all special editions can only be purchased through me. If you see them for sale elsewhere, it means that someone has chosen to resell a book they purchased from me.

In addition, all sprayed edges are done in-house and are subject to minor differences due to the process.

7) Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, no. Due to personalization, being an indie author and small business, and the items at hand, no refunds will be given. Ginna is not responsible for lost or damaged items but will do what she can within reason to make things right.
