Refunds are available.

Within 5 days of purchase you can get 100% refund on your order.

After 15 days of purchase, you can get up to 50% refund on your order.

After a month of purchase, you forfeit the opportunity to get a refund if you no longer want the service.

You can order as many services as you want. There is a year redemption requirement, though.

I will hold your bulk order for up to a year from the day you purchase. Once a year has past, I will reach out to discuss next options. Please note, refunds are not permitted after 30 days of purchase.

Books ship depending on stock.

• If a book is in stock, most orders ship next day or within a week.
• If a book has to be ordered, it may take up to 3-4 weeks for shipping.

Services are completed in the order of convenience. All services should be completed within 3-10 business days of submission.
