I studied sports science, where I developed a deep understanding of the complexities of fitness
and physical health. My background in various sports taught me how to adapt and overcome a wide range of
challenges, both physically and mentally. During my studies, I became particularly interested in the details of
human anatomy and how our bodies respond to different types of physical stimuli. I also discovered the
powerful connection between physical health and mental well-being, which now forms a core part of my
approach as a trainer.
