I am a Senior Structural Engineer and Chartered Construction Manager with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, including the last 12 years focused specifically on the UK residential market. Throughout my career, I have conducted over 220 structural surveys and inspections, advising buyers, owners, and developers on the integrity of their properties.

My Mission
