When you purchase an avatar from me, you are purchasing a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the avatar.

You MAY:

• Upload and use the avatar on your personal account in VRChat
• Edit the avatar for personal use
• Use the avatar for streaming, videos, and social media (credit appreciated but not required unless stated)

You MAY NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or leak the avatar files
• Claim the avatar as your own creation
• Upload the avatar as public unless explicitly permitted
• Share the files with friends, partners, or third parties
• Use the avatar for commercial resale (VTubing merchandise, commercial projects, etc.) without purchasing a commercial license (if offered)

Your license may be revoked if you:

• Leak or redistribute files
• Violate these terms
• Initiate fraudulent chargebacks

I reserve the right to:

• Update these Terms of Service at any time
• Modify product pricing
• Update avatar files without guaranteeing free future updates

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your files secure
• Not uploading publicly unless permitted
• Ensuring compliance with VRChat Terms of Service

I am not responsible for:

• Platform bans
• Improper uploads
• Future platform updates breaking functionality

You may:

• Change textures
• Adjust body proportions
• Add assets (that you have proper rights to)

You may not:

• Remove creator credits (if included in files)
• Resell heavily edited versions
• Use parts of the avatar in other resale projects
• remove all original assets off the model
