I’m a property professional, real estate consultant, and founder of BAAHbie Lux Portfolio.

I help members of the diaspora—just like you—invest, build, and manage property in Ghana with confidence, using practical tools, lived experience, and smart project oversight.

With over 10 years in the property industry, I’ve managed large-scale portfolios—from residential homes in Belgravia to multi-use and commercial developments in Kensington and Chelsea. My work includes overseeing government and community property portfolios, managing contractors, budgets and leading refurbishment and decarbonisation projects through capital works programmes—all while working under the scrutiny that comes with handling public funds.

But my journey is more than professional — it’s personal too. My family has bought and built property across London, Accra, and Kumasi, and I’ve been at the forefront of every decision negotiation and handover — from sourcing land to dealing with unreliable contractors, and navigating both the wins and frustrations that come with building in Ghana.

I also own property in Accra myself and run a successful Airbnb business, managing bookings and maintenance remotely. So when I talk about building from abroad and protecting your investment, it’s not theory — Im speaking from direct hands on experience
