Hi there! Welcome to our new blog! This blog is a place where we can share helpful and positive information related to our journey with diabetes. Not long ago I was diagnosed with Type 2 disease.
One of my biggest ongoing struggles, has been what to eat and what not to eat on a daily basis. So, I am hoping this blog will be a place where we can share positive ways we are coping and recipe ideas as well. For example, what can we eat for breakfast that does not spike our numbers? That goes for those taking insulin and those who are not. Please share any proven ideas as well as any cooking ideas?
