Breakfast ideas

Hey there!

So, I have tried a few things based on suggestions I have received. Low sugar oatmeal has been working well, along with one piece of whole grain toast. These seem to not have much of an effect on my breakfast number.


I have been given more ideas like, cottage cheese and fruit. But I have to be careful with most fruit, since they sometimes drive that number right up! People mention avocado a lot, but it doesn't sit well with my stomach. What are some other ideas for breakfast or snacks throughout the day?
