I created this space from a belief that has become deeply important to me: sometimes the person we’re waiting for permission to become is ourselves.
My own journey has taught me that life can make us so focused on surviving, meeting expectations, being who others need us to be, and simply trying to make it through the day that we can lose touch with who we actually are.
I became passionate about the process of understanding yourself your thoughts, your patterns, your emotions, your identity, your purpose, and the parts of you that you’ve had to silence along the way.
That passion became Being the Permission to Become.
What started as a personal reflection on identity, growth, healing, and becoming has grown into a space designed to help others slow down, look within, and reconnect with themselves.
I believe you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin changing your life. You don’t have to wait until you’re completely healed. And you don’t have to become someone else’s idea of successful, whole, or worthy.
