Since 1979, I've been at the forefront of introducing Ericksonian Hypnosis to Europe and pioneering the use of Indirect Hypnosis in the medical profession. My journey into hypnosis began with a fascination for experimental psychology during my time at the University of Cambridge, leading me to develop Non Attachment Therapy, which treats the root causes of problems with compassion.

Throughout my career, I've trained thousands of health professionals in Ericksonian hypnosis, founded the British Hypnosis Research and Training Institute, and authored numerous courses, including the world's first online Practitioner Diploma in Ericksonian Hypnotherapy.
