1. Payments

All purchases must be paid for in advance via our online shop. We accept iDEAL, PayPal, and credit card. No cash payments are allowed.

2. Pick-up & Responsibility

After payment, customers are responsible for picking up their purchased items from the snack area in the studio. BIGGS KC STUDIOS is not responsible for forgotten or misplaced items.

3. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food and beverages, all sales are final. No refunds or returns are accepted unless the product is proven to be defective upon purchase.

4. Stock Availability

All items are available while supplies last. If a product is sold out, it will be marked as unavailable in the online store.

5. Theft & Misuse

All studio snack areas are under 24/7 video surveillance.

Taking any product without payment is considered theft and will be dealt with seriously. In case of theft:

• A €75 fine will be issued per incident
• Access to BIGGS KC STUDIOS may be permanently revoked
• Legal action may follow in severe cases

6. Changes to Terms

BIGGS KC STUDIOS reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Please review them regularly.
