I’m a Registered Nurse, Certified Personal Trainer, and a mom! I have dealt with burnout, mental fatigue, hormone and thyroid struggles. I reached my lowest point mentally and physically in 2021 — but I came out the other side stronger than ever!
After years of chasing extremes and feeling exhausted, I finally discovered a sustainable, strength-focused lifestyle that gave me energy, confidence, and food freedom.
Now, I help other busy women and moms rebuild their confidence through balanced training, real support, and mindset work.
