Boxbey Academy - Terms of Service

1. About Us

Boxbey Academy (academy.boxbey.com) is the knowledge hub of Boxbey, Europe's marketplace for modular structures and container builds. It is operated by sales & advise, Frühlingsstrasse 3, 84107 Weihmichl, Germany. We sell digital products including ebooks, guides, and educational content.

2. Scope

By accessing or purchasing from Boxbey Academy, you agree to these Terms. Deviating terms of the customer do not apply unless expressly agreed in writing.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. Digital Products & License

Unless stated otherwise, purchases grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share our content or your download links with third parties.

5. Payments & Pricing

Prices are shown at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed by our payment providers (Payhip / Stripe / PayPal). Download access begins after successful payment.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

For digital content, the statutory right of withdrawal expires once you expressly agree that delivery begins before the withdrawal period ends and you acknowledge the loss of your withdrawal right. If a file is defective or inaccessible, contact us within 14 days at team@boxbey.com and we will repair access or refund you.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or infringe intellectual property rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (texts, graphics, logos, downloads) is owned by sales & advise or its licensors and protected by German copyright law. Reproduction beyond the limits of copyright law requires written consent.

9. Liability

Our content is provided for general informational purposes and does not replace professional engineering, legal, tax, or building advice. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence; for slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations. Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the current version is always available on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
