3. No Modification: Products offered by BREACH cannot be altered or edited in any way. They must be used as provided.

4. License and Usage Rights: Upon purchase, buyers receive a personal, non-transferable license to use BREACH's products exclusively in their Roblox games.

5. Proper Attribution in Games: While users are not required to mention BREACH in their games, proper attribution to BREACH as the original creator of the assets is encouraged as a way to acknowledge our work and support the community.

6. Limited Liability: BREACH is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred while using our products. Buyers agree to use the assets at their own risk and discretion.

7. Distribution of Freebies: From time to time, BREACH may offer free assets. These assets are to be used in accordance with the same Terms of Service as our paid products. Users must follow the regular guidelines outlined in this TOS for both paid and free assets.

9. Support and Assistance: BREACH's primary communication language for support and assistance is English. While we strive to accommodate users from various regions, responses and support may be provided in English only.

12. DMCA Notice and Wasp Blacklist: Violation of our TOS may result in a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notice, and in severe cases, inclusion in the Wasp Blacklist—a community-driven database focused on Discord server safety.

13. Termination of Services: BREACH reserves the right to terminate any service, product, or support for users found to be in violation of the Terms of Service or engaging in disruptive behavior.
