1. Digital Products

Buckthorn sells digital products, including guides, templates, prompts and other downloadable resources.

Unless otherwise stated, no physical product will be shipped.

Digital products are made available electronically after successful payment.

2. Personal and Business Use

When you purchase a Buckthorn digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal or business purposes.

You may use the prompts, ideas and methods contained in our products as part of your own business activities and use AI-generated outputs created with the help of the prompts in your own work.

3. You May Not

You may not:

• share, distribute or upload the purchased files for others to access;
• resell, sublicense or redistribute the product or substantial parts of it;
• reproduce the product for commercial resale;
• claim the original Buckthorn product or its content as your own;
• make the original files publicly available, whether free of charge or for payment.

Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of the original Buckthorn content or intellectual property.

4. AI-Generated Content

Buckthorn products are designed to help you work with artificial intelligence tools more effectively.

AI-generated responses may contain inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before using, publishing or relying on it.

Buckthorn does not guarantee any particular business, financial, marketing or other result from using the products or AI-generated outputs.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed on the product page before purchase.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers made available through our online store.

Any applicable taxes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the checkout information provided at the time of purchase.

6. Digital Delivery

Digital products are normally made available immediately after successful payment.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for downloading and safely storing your purchased files.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

Statutory consumer rights apply where required by applicable law.

For digital content supplied immediately after purchase, you may be asked to expressly consent to the supply of the digital content beginning before the end of the statutory withdrawal period and to acknowledge that, where permitted by applicable law, you lose your right of withdrawal once supply begins.

This does not affect any mandatory rights you may have if the digital content is defective, incorrectly supplied or does not conform to the agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Buckthorn brand, original written content, guides, layouts, graphics and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in your purchase grants you ownership of Buckthorn's intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

Buckthorn products are provided for informational and educational purposes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Takmed Oy is not responsible for business decisions, losses or other consequences resulting from reliance on AI-generated content or the use of our educational materials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The version applicable to your purchase is the version in effect at the relevant time, subject to mandatory applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to customers residing elsewhere.
