1) Until when is my subscription valid? - Your subscription is valid for July 2026 only.

2) Until when can I sign up for the subscription? - You can sign up until July 25, 2026.

3) When do you ship the letters?- All snail mail packages are shipped on the last Thursday of each month. Kindly note that actual delivery times will vary depending on your location and your local postal service.

4) What is the proper address format? - 

Line 1 - Apartment, Unit, Floor (if applicable)

Line 2- House/Building Number + Street Name

Line 3- Village/Subdivision/District (if applicable)

Line 4 - City, State/Province/Region Postal Code

Line 5 - COUNTRY

Kindly ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate upon checkout. Any delays, return, or lost mail caused upon by misinformation either by an incomplete or incorrect address is no longer within my jurisdiction.

4) Can I cancel my subscription?- Due to the curated and personalized nature of this subscription, all sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are not available once payment has been confirmed.
