Writer. Illustrator. Designer. Former language teacher. Breathwork teacher in training. LinkedIn's self-proclaimed Queen of Polls. And apparently, the person the entire internet comes to for mayo advice.

Welcome to my little corner of the internet. This is not a normal digital product shop. You may have noticed.

Here's the honest version of how we got here:

For years I ran myself into the ground — freelancing, creating, teaching, surviving German bureaucracy, developing what I now professionally refer to as Mailbox Trauma. I made homemade mayonnaise because store-bought felt like giving up. I built a LinkedIn universe out of dark humor, Eastern European babushka energy, and polls — so many polls — including one where mayo appeared as an option five times with different emojis.

The people voted. The Babushka was born.

These days you'll mostly find me on Instagram, filming myself walking to the supermarket for mental health reasons, making shakshuka at 7am, and occasionally saying something useful about breathing. It's a vlog. It's a wellness channel. It's neither. The Babushka does not fit into categories.

Along the way I also burned out. Properly. The kind where your nervous system sends you a registered letter and you finally read it. So I started doing the things that actually help — breathing properly, eating real food, getting rid of everything that no longer fits. And then I thought: what if I turned all of this into something small, affordable, and actually useful?
