General Policy
- We are committed to providing high quality Arabic instruction and connecting our students to authentic teachers and resources. Because our courses involve scheduling and reserved class spots, our refund policy is as follows:
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of purchase and
- The course has not yet started, OR you have attended no more than 1 class.
Partial Refund
You may be eligible for a partial refund if:
- You request the refund after the first class but within the first 14 days, and
- You have attended no more than 3 classes.
In this case, the refund will be calculated as:
Total paid - value of classes taken -administrative fee
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- More than 14 days have passed since the course start date
- You’ve attended more than 3 classes
- You fail to attend classes
- You change your mind after actively participating in the course
- The course is purchased as a promotion, discount, or non-refundable package
Missed Classes
- Missed classes are not refundable.
- If students miss class they may watch the Zoom recording and complete the assigned homework.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected hardships may occur. Refunds may be considered in cases such as:
- Medical emergencies
- Family emergencies
- Technical issues on our end that prevent access to the course
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us with:
- Your full name
- Course name
- Date of purchase
- Reason for request

All approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Policy Acceptance
By enrolling in any of our courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy.
