I'm Natalie from Bajerian kitchen and love cooking!
I've always cooked up a storm in the kitchen, but in the first lockdown, I finally had more time to cook. For the last year, I also made a decision to give up eating meat for health reasons mainly. I became conscious of what I put in my body and enjoyed knowing what exactly goes into my cooking.
I made a transition into a pescatarian and plant-based diet and so far, so good.
I grew up in a Nigerian and Barbadian kitchen, so food has never been bland, I've adapted this into my style of cooking and although you may see traditional recipes I put my own little twist on it. The aim is to share recipes that are full of flavour and have health benefits.
