I have a coupon code. Where do I enter it?

When you go to check out you will be prompted for your name and email address. Just underneath that will be blue text that says "Add Coupon." Another window will pop up where you can enter your code. Make sure you do not have pop up blocked for this website.


Why is my coupon code not working?

If your coupon code isn't working, it has either expired or perhaps you have entered the code incorrectly. Please check both of those things first. If you are still having issues, please contact me.


I have more than one coupon, can I enter both of them at checkout?

Unfortunately Payhip only allows you to enter one coupon code at a time. If you have two different code for different products you will have to use them in separate transactions. So for example if you you want to purchase single charts with one discount code you will have to do that separately from a code you have for a different singular product like the Artist Signature Series Charts. I apologize if this cause any inconvenience, however I am unable to control how the Payhip handles this aspect.


I purchased a product but didn't get my download. Where is it?

Payhip.com automatically handles all successful transactions. Please make sure you have provided a correct email address as that is how your order will be confirmed and you will receive your links to download your purchased product(s). You will receive an email confirmation from Payhip.com in your inbox so please check your spam or junk folder just in case it accidentally ends up there.


Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately no I do not. The price point on these products is relatively low and given the nature of it being a digital download, there is no way for me to prove that someone has returned the item and not still kept a copy for themselves. If you are unsure if the charts are for you, I am currently offering a free Prismacolor Premier chart when you sign up for my email list. Each chart is set up the same way and contains similar information so this is a great way for you to test it out for free before you make a purchase.


How do I find out when new products are added?

You will automatically be added to my email list when you purchase a product. I send updates to those who have purchased products previously from my store. You may unsubscribe at any time if you wish.
