Unfortunately, no I do not. The price point on these products is relatively low and given the nature of it being a digital download, there is no way to prove that someone has returned the item and not still kept a copy for themselves.

When you go to check out you will be prompted for your name and email address. Just underneath that will be blue text that says "Add Coupon." Another window will pop up where you can enter your code. Make sure you do not have pop up blocked for this website.

If your coupon code isn't working, it has either expired or perhaps you have entered the code incorrectly. Please check both of those things first. If you are still having issues, please contact me at contact@barbsotiart.com

Unfortunately Payhip only allows you to enter one coupon code at a time. If you have two different code for different products you will have to use them in separate transactions. So for example if you you want to purchase single charts with one discount code you will have to do that separately from a code you have for a different singular product like the Artist Signature Series Charts. I apologize if this cause any inconvenience, however I am unable to control how the Payhip handles this aspect.

Payhip.com automatically handles all successful transactions. Please make sure you have provided a correct email address as that is how your order will be confirmed and you will receive your links to download your purchased product(s). You will receive an email confirmation from Payhip.com in your inbox so please check your spam or junk folder just in case it accidentally ends up there. You also now have the option to create an account to be able to access your downloads again after you've purchased them.

Typically when users are experiencing an issue downloading their charts after a successfully completed purchase, it's because they are using a tablet or mobile device. Please switch to a desktop computer if this is the case.
Some users have also experienced issues with certain browsers like Bing or Duck Duck Go opening up to a blank page.
If you are unable to resolve the issue and download your charts by switching devices or browsers, please contact me at contact@barbsotiart.com and I will confirm your purchase and send your charts to you directly.

Every printer is a little bit different. I would suggest checking your printer's manual to see if that will help direct you to how to change the settings. If you are still unable to make it work, I would recommend taking the chart file to be printed by a third party service like Staples.

Please make sure you are using a desktop computer when you download your purchases. The best browsers to use are Chrome, Safari and Firefox to view your files. Please also ensure that you don't have your downloads automatically set to save to a folder somewhere on your computer. Because this is an automatic file download you may not see the file in your browser window first before it downloads.
