I'm a passionate believer in people and their potential to be more. As a Coach, I live for the opportunity to help others dig deep and find their best self - and then bring that self to their different roles at work, in their family and society at large.

After more than three decades working in people and culture across the cruise and hospitality industry, I’ve seen how the moment someone is promoted into leadership it becomes a celebration and a test. Many newly promoted supervisors step into their first leadership role with passion and pride, and a good knowledge of their job, but without the leadership tools, confidence, or support they need to succeed. Overnight, they are expected to manage former peers, deliver results, navigate conflict, and motivate others—often with little guidance and even less preparation.
