Be Well with Danielle

I am Danielle Anderson and I'm passionate about helping others pursue whole health - spiritual, mental, emotional and physical. My heart is to share practical wellness encouragements so that my audience may experience more freedom, and become agents of healing in their circles of influence. In my spare time I enjoy reading books, listening to podcasts, and watching movies. As a trauma-informed, AFAA-certified group fitness instructor, with specializations in Yoga, Pilates, Group Cycle, TRX and prenatal fitness, I enjoy working out and teaching fitness classes. I am a proud mom of 4 beautiful boys!!

I am a Corporate America alum turned speaker, fitness instructor, and doula. I received a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rice University, and have taught at several retreats, conferences, contributed to many recently published books, and supported several churches and organizations with my signature wellness offerings.
