Frequently Asked Questions
The download file for a poster is in PDF format, is this good for printing?
PDFs (Portable Document Files) are absolutely ideal for printing and can be resized (smaller or larger) to fit your needs. Most posters for example look good on A4 paper (210 x 297mm / 8.3 x 11.7”) and this can usually be done at home using your own printer.
For larger sizes such as A3 (297 X 420mm / 11.7 x 16.5”) or A2 (420 x 594mm / 16.5 x 23.4”) your local library or printing company will gladly resize and print them for you, or you may have access to a printer in your workplace that prints such sizes (but ask the boss for permission first!).
The item I'm looking for is not on the site.

I have a discount coupon code, where do I enter it?
When you go to check out you will see a box with that says "Add Coupon", simply click the box and enter your code. You will then see the discount applied.
I have more than one coupon, can I enter both of them at checkout?
Unfortunately Payhip only allows you to enter one coupon code at a time. If you have two different codes you will have to use them in separate transactions.
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately not, The price point on these products is very low plus given the nature of the product being a digital download, there is no way to prove that someone has returned the item and not still kept a copy for themselves.
I'm having trouble accessing my account, can you help me?
We do not have any of your account or payment information stored because of data protection. Please contact Payhip's support for issues regarding your account access.
