About Me
I’m Becca Clegg, a somatic therapist, coach, and educator devoted to helping sensitive, high-achieving women reconnect with themselves after years of burnout, over-functioning, anxiety, and self-abandonment. My work blends body-based healing, nervous system education, parts work, intuition, and deep emotional attunement to support women in moving beyond survival mode and into a more embodied, authentic way of living.
For years, I lived almost entirely in my mind — analyzing, performing, achieving, and trying to earn safety through perfectionism and care giving.
My own healing journey led me back to the body, where I discovered that healing is not about becoming someone new, but returning to the self that was buried beneath conditioning, stress, and adaptation.
I believe the body holds profound wisdom. Symptoms are not failures — they are communications. Through somatic therapy and coaching, I help women learn the language of their nervous systems, reconnect with their intuition, and develop the capacity to feel safe being fully themselves.
My approach is experiential, intuitive, and deeply human. I integrate modalities including somatic therapy, Transformative Touch, Brainspotting, parts work, and nervous system regulation while honoring the emotional, spiritual, and relational complexity of being a woman in today’s world.
Whether through therapy, coaching, retreats, writing, or teaching, my work is centered around one core belief: healing happens when we stop abandoning ourselves and begin listening inward again.
