I'm Dawn H. Higgs, founder of Before Sunrise. After more than thirty years in banking and finance, I created the practical, private tools I wished ordinary people had access to, tools designed for real life.

I spent nearly thirty years inside banking and finance, the rooms where money decisions get made, the systems that quietly decide who gets ahead. I learned how it all works. I also saw how rarely that knowledge reached ordinary people trying to build something.

The tools built for regular people were either patronizing or useless. The serious tools weren't built for regular people at all.

So, I started making my own. Beginning with the money system I use in my own life, then widening out. Planners for women rebuilding their finances. A planner for men who want structure without the noise. Wellness tools that treat your health like the asset it is. Different tools, one belief: you don't need another app spying on you, charging you monthly, and making you feel small. You need something honest that opens on your phone and gets out of your way.
