Because our products are digital downloads, you get instant access when you buy. By completing your purchase, you agree to that immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the download has started.

If a file is faulty, won’t open, or doesn’t match its description, email pileemhigh@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. We’ll send a working copy or give you a full refund.
