I’m an HR Professional (SHRM-SCP) with a deep respect for the healing work you do. I realized early on that while clinicians are experts at holding space for their patients, they are often left completely unsupported when it comes to holding the business of their practice. You were trained to be a healer, yet the world expects you to be a CEO, a Compliance Officer, and an HR Director all at once.
My mission is to be the HR Heart for the clinical world.
I’ve seen too many brilliant healers burnt out by operational overload and the exhausting cycle of wearing every single hat in their practice because they don't have the map to do it differently. I step into that gap to do the heavy lifting for you.
