I started tutoring as soon as I finished my A-levels, it didn’t take long for me to realise how much I genuinely loved helping students learn, grow and become more confident in themselves.

As I worked with more students, I noticed that so many were capable of doing really well but weren’t getting the individual support they needed at school. Often, they had knowledge gaps that had built up over time, making newer or more difficult topics much harder.

Seeing my students make progress, even with the smallest aspects of the content, is so rewarding. I especially love when we’ve worked through the content and practised exam questions together, and they come back excited to tell me how well they did in their test. 

There’s nothing better than watching a student suddenly remember something we’ve worked on, solve a question they previously struggled with, or have that “I actually get it!” moment.

Seeing students go from doubting themselves to feeling happy, confident and proud of what they can do is what pushed me to pursue tutoring

My lessons aim to create a friendly and comfortable learning environment where students never feel embarrassed about getting something wrong or asking a question. We identify those knowledge gaps, work through them together and build a strong understanding — as well as the confidence to use it independently.

All my revision resources, custom notes, templates, and exam practice questions that I share with you are based off of hours and hours of lesson notes that I’ve created with students over the past few years.
