Your use of https://payhip.com/BernhardtCo constitutes your agreement to all such terms*. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

1. The customer may not copy, share, leak, or resell items bought in Bernhardt & Co.
2. The customer may not use our website to violate federal-wide laws or it's respective country.
3. The customer may not inform a incorrect or fake form of payment (Fraud).
4. The customer may not beg for discounts in the Staff's DM's or in the Contact page.
5. The customer may not ask for the file of the bought product again. We may send the file again in exceptional cases. Contact us for more information on this.
6. The customer may not offer payments outside of the official Payhip checkout page.
7. The customer may not beg for refunds without a reason. We offer refunds in exceptional circumstances, please open a ticket at our Discord server and speak to the support staff for a refund request.
8. The customer will pay the taxes of the refund request, if they get one.
9. The customer may claim our warranty valid for 7 (Seven) days after the payment of the product. If you contact us for a problem before this determinated time, you are valid for the warranty claim. Otherwise, you are not valid for the warranty claim.**
10. (NEW) The customer may understand that when buying or commissioning ready maps, the assets located in those may be published in the main store. If the customer does not agree to this, and wants their models to be exclusive, they should contact our support team at our Discord server.
11. (NEW) The customer may understand that the maps we sell on https://payhip.com/BernhardtCo are not exclusively ours, but sometimes from our partners or from old groups, which were owned by Bernhardt & Co. owners. They do not contain any backdoors and they are not copied from other maps.
12. (NEW) The customer may understand that blackmailing, disrespecting, scamming or threatening any of our staff members is bannable and they will be blacklisted from our store permanently.

**The warranty is for minor changes on the map, such as recoloring, bug fixing and repositioning. Those do not include adding scripts, installing systems, refunding, and other. To claim the warranty, open a ticket in our Discord server.
