These terms apply to every Best Fit resource. By downloading a resource, you agree to them.

1.      Who may use it. A school licence covers every teacher and student at one school. A single-teacher licence covers one teacher and their own classes. Free samples may be used by the person who downloads them, in their own classes.

2.      What you may do. Print and copy the resources as often as you need for your students. Edit the Word files and add your school's logo and name. Share them with students and staff on your school's learning platform, as long as only your school can reach them.

3.      What you may not do. Sell or share the resources outside your school, post them on public websites or file-sharing sites, or remove the Best Fit copyright notice.

4.      Ownership. Best Fit keeps the copyright. Your licence doesn't expire.

5.      Faulty files. If a file won't open or has an error, email us and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you.

6.      Your rights. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.

7.      GST. Best Fit is not registered for GST.

8.      Law. New Zealand law applies.
