Best Fit collects only what it needs to sell and deliver resources and to answer your questions.

• What we collect: your name and email address, your school if you give it, what you buy, and any messages you send us. Card details go straight to Stripe or PayPal; we never see them.

• Why: to deliver your files and receipts, to help if something goes wrong, and to keep the records tax law requires (7 years). Only if you tick the box, we also email you about new resources.

• Who else holds it: Payhip (our shop), Stripe and PayPal (payments) and our email provider, on our behalf. Some of them store information overseas.

• Your choices: we need your email address to send a download; everything else is optional. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.

• Your rights: you can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you.
