A MUST BUY!!!! WORTH THE INVESTMENT!

Let me first say, when I watched your video I was completely convinced you were talking to me and only me personally. I don’t think you understand how much your video woke me up Brooklyn and for that I thank you. I wanted to support your brand because I honestly believe you were called to do this, I see it. When I saw the price I was immediately like what? For a planner? But now that I have it in my hands, I would personally pay 100 and gladly pay it for this planner. First of THE QUALITY! You did that! The paper is thick and luxurious, the cover is a sturdy high grade hardcover. The colors are vibrant and explosive, the text used is beautiful. I’ve only had this planner for 4 days and I can’t stay out of it. I cried my eyes out doing the letters to myself. It brought me to several realizations and promises I failed to keep to myself but it also showed me I need to be more gentle with the parts of me that needs healing. I’ve never been taught to look at goals from a monthly standpoint and the fact that you broke it down on the instagram page how to tackle them thank you (yes I took screenshots) I’m not playing this year it’s all or nothing for me. I can’t rave enough about this planner. I recommend it. If you’re thinking of getting it but not sure..GET THE PLANNER! It’s worth it.

It's been years since starting my weight loss journey and I still cringe when I think of my starting weight of 450 lbs. I'm learning to replace that said cringe with a confident smile and pat on the back cause, I did that. I still have a long way to go to get to my physical goals but I'm beyond proud of my progress. I started this lifestyle journey for two reasons, 1. I avoided the doctor's office out of fear. I feared getting checkups because I swore up and down the Dr would look me in, the face and tell me I was dying. At the Young age of 23, I would have contracted diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure all due to my being severely obese. Thank God, that was not the case for me, I didn't have any of those diseases but who knows where I would have been had I not decided to save my life. The 2nd reason was because I experienced a moment where I saw myself. I attended an event at fashion week and the pictures came back and I was MORTIFIED! I couldn't believe that's what I looked like. I looked like I belonged on the show my 600-pound life. I cried in bed that entire weekend. I'm thankful for that experience because it led me to start researching how to lose weight, and for some strange reason I decided to do it publicly on YouTube. Throughout the years of my fight with obesity, I've learned so much about food and nutrition to the point where I'm now not only able to help myself with my continued success, but I've helped hundreds of others with my knowledge and my delicious meal recipes. What separates me from others is, that I believe in keeping all the flavors. I don't believe in boring weight-loss foods. I'm a foodie so it's important if I'm going to do this for life the food has to be BOMB. I'm beyond excited to share my recipes with you in hopes they help you save your life. You don't have to die eating the foods you love. I promise you, that you can eat healthy and still have your favorites. I will show you how.
