About Me
My name is Omar Mohamed, and like many people, I've spent years trying to make sense of the endless and often conflicting advice surrounding health, nutrition, and wellness.
As a professional truck driver, husband, entrepreneur, and content creator, I've experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to maintain healthy habits while balancing the demands of everyday life. Long hours on the road taught me the importance of simplicity, consistency, and finding approaches that are practical enough to follow in the real world.
My interest in the Tayyibat Diet began as a personal journey. I was searching for answers, researching different nutritional philosophies, and trying to understand why some people seemed to thrive when they focused on simpler, more natural foods. Along the way, I discovered the teachings of Dr. Diaa Al-Awadi and became fascinated by his unique perspective on digestion, food quality, meal timing, and personal responsibility.
What started as personal research eventually turned into a passion project. I noticed that much of the information was scattered across videos, social media posts, and discussions, making it difficult for English-speaking audiences to access and understand. That's what inspired me to create guides, resources, and educational materials that organize the information into a format that is easier to learn from and apply.
This store is an extension of that mission: providing practical resources that help people explore new ideas, think critically, and make informed decisions about their health and lifestyle.
I'm not here to tell anyone what they must believe or how they should live. My goal is simply to share information, encourage curiosity, and make complex topics easier to understand.
Thank you for visiting, and I hope the resources here bring value to your journey wherever it may lead.
