Hi, I’m Francesca—a proud mum to my little gymnast, Kate, and a woman who somehow manages to juggle more hats than a circus performer! As the owner of GymStars, SweetPeas, D-Impact, Director of Sunlive Malta and S-Lab International, and an International Judge (with an MBA tucked under my arm for good measure), I’ve definitely been around the gymnastics block… and fallen off it a few times!

I’ve seen the thrill of the first backflip, the challenge of mastering routines, and the joy that comes with seeing young gymnasts push their limits. That’s exactly why I created this space—to help parents like you navigate the crazy, sparkly world of gymnastics. From practical advice to hilarious insights, I’m here to make your journey as rewarding as that moment when your gymnast finally sticks the landing (and doesn’t faceplant).
