I’m Elizabeth Itaman, a pharmacist, entrepreneur, wife, mom, and founder of Lizzy’s Seafood Boxes.

My journey has taken me from studying pharmacy in Nigeria, rebuilding my career in Canada, navigating the PEBC licensing process, starting businesses, making financial mistakes, paying off debt, and learning how to build wealth more intentionally.
