License & Legal Rights Agreement

This License Agreement outlines the rights and restrictions for all digital products, printables, and Bible study resources created and sold by Bible Bliss with Bailey. By purchasing, downloading, or using these files, you agree to the terms below.

1. Ownership & Copyright

All designs, layouts, graphics, and digital files are the intellectual property of Bible Bliss with Bailey.

You are receiving a license to use, not ownership of the artwork or files.

2. Personal Use License (Default License)

Unless you have purchased a commercial license, your purchase includes personal use only.

You MAY:

• Print the files for your own personal Bible study

• Use them in your journal, planner, or binder

• Reprint them as many times as needed for yourself

You may NOT:

• Resell the digital files

• Share the digital files with others

• Upload the files to any website, shared drive, or Facebook group

• Claim the designs as your own

• Use the files for PLR (Private Label Rights)

• Use the files to create digital products for sale

• Use the designs in any editable template or POD (Print‑on‑Demand) product

3. Commercial Use License (If Purchased Separately)

If you have purchased a Commercial License, you are granted permission to:

You MAY:

• Print the inserts and sell them as physical products only

• Use the designs in your physical planners, journals, or printed bundles

You may NOT:

• Sell or distribute the digital files

• Use the designs in digital products

• Offer them as templates, editable files, or print‑on‑demand items

• Sell the designs as PLR or MRR

• Claim authorship or copyright of the designs

4. Prohibited Uses (Applies to ALL Licenses)

Regardless of license type, you may NOT:

• Redistribute the digital files in any form

• Use the designs in AI training datasets

• Use the artwork to create competing digital products

• Use the files in any way that violates copyright law

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final.

If you experience a download issue, please contact me and I’ll help you.

6. Termination of License

Your license may be terminated immediately if:

• You violate any terms in this agreement

• You misuse or redistribute the files

• You engage in unauthorized commercial use

Upon termination, you must delete all files and stop using the designs.

7. Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, or using any Bible Bliss with Bailey product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this License Agreement
