Hi! I’m BigDawgRN, a new grad RN, former EMT, and NCLEX/interview coach — and I know exactly what it feels like to feel stuck, defeated, and completely overwhelmed by this process.

I failed the NCLEX the first time.

I lost a job offer.

And I genuinely questioned if I’d ever pass. But I didn’t give up — I changed how I studied, focused on strategy, and passed in 85 questions on my second try.

But I also know that passing is just half the battle.

I applied to over 50 jobs and got rejected over and over again.

The few interviews I did land?
