3. Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Digital Products (eGuides, PDFs, Templates): All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the product is purchased and delivered.

Coaching Sessions: If you cannot attend a booked session, you may reschedule by providing at least 24 hours’ notice via email. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the session without refund.

4. Privacy & Confidentiality

Any personal information you share will be kept confidential and used only for the purposes of your coaching session.

BigDawgRN will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

By booking a session or purchasing a product, you agree that BigDawgRN and its affiliates will not be held liable for any losses, outcomes, or damages resulting from the use of coaching services, materials, or advice provided. This includes but is not limited to financial loss, missed opportunities, or exam/job outcomes.
