1.1 AGREEMENT TO TERMS
Binding Agreement: By accessing, purchasing, or using any Bin-Tai Shop product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), whether or not you’ve read them fully. This agreement acts as a legally binding contract between you and Bin-Tai Shop. User Consent: Your acceptance of these Terms is confirmed when you complete a purchase through our chosen platform (e.g. Payhip) and again when you request access to a product through our support channels, including Discord.
1.2 RESTRICTIONS
Restrictions: You may not: (A) resell, sublicense, or claim the product as your own; (B) share, distribute, or provide unauthorized access to the product, including on third-party platforms; (C) engage in fraudulent transactions or misuse chargebacks; (D) violate our Discord #rules channel. Bypassing these restrictions via exploits, custom scripts, or third-party tools is prohibited. Any unauthorized changes to features, security, or licensing are considered a breach of these Terms.
1.3 TERMS CHANGES
Modifications: Bin-Tai Shop may update these Terms at any time. We’ll notify users via Discord and/or a banner on our product page. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.4 BREACH CONSEQUENCES
Violations: If you breach any part of these Terms: Your access will be revoked You may be removed from our Discord server You may be ineligible for future purchases Severe or repeated violations may result in legal action. Refunds or compensation are not available after access is revoked for cause.

We don’t sell your data — ever. We use the information you provide solely for account verification, product access, and community support. Once your support ticket is closed, your data may be archived securely but will only be accessed if needed for verification or resolving issues.
Requesting Deletion:
You can request a full purge of your archived ticket data at any time by opening a ticket in our Discord under Store Support. We'll delete the requested data as long as it doesn't interfere with active product access verification.
2.2 THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & PAYMENTS
Payment Handling:
All payments are processed through trusted third-party services like Payhip and PayPal,. Bin-Tai Shop never stores your payment details, credit card numbers, or banking information directly.
Third-Party Responsibility:
We follow the privacy rules and terms of Payhip and its payment processors. If a payment dispute arises (including cross-border or legal concerns), you must contact Payhip or the payment processor first. Bin-Tai Shop cannot issue financial decisions or intervene in payment-related disputes unless directed to do so by Payhip.
