These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of Birdiescoop's website, store and digital products. By purchasing or using a Birdiescoop product, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Birdiescoop

Birdiescoop LLP ("Birdiescoop", "we", "us" or "our") provides cricket-related content, resources and digital products.

2. Digital Products

Birdiescoop products, including NEXT BALL by Birdiescoop™, are digital products supplied electronically.

After a successful purchase, the digital product and any accompanying files will be made available to the customer through the applicable delivery platform.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address during checkout so that your purchase can be fulfilled.

3. Personal Use Licence

Your purchase of NEXT BALL includes a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own child's cricket development.

You may:

• Use the workbook for your own personal purposes.
• Enter and maintain information relating to your child's cricket development.
• Print pages for your own personal use.

You may not:

• Share the digital files with other people.
• Redistribute or resell the workbook or Quick Start Guide.
• Upload the files to websites, file-sharing services or social media.
• Give copies to other parents, coaches, academies or organisations.
• Repackage, reproduce or commercially exploit the product.

If another parent would like to use NEXT BALL, please direct them to Birdiescoop so they can purchase their own copy.

4. Product Use and Responsibility

NEXT BALL is a tracking and reflection tool.

It does not replace coaching, professional cricket instruction, medical advice, fitness advice or other professional guidance.

Parents and users are responsible for how they use the information recorded in the workbook and for decisions relating to their child's cricket training and development.

5. Product Description

We aim to ensure that product descriptions and information provided on our store are accurate.

Digital products may be updated or improved from time to time. Where appropriate, customers may receive access to an updated version of a product they have purchased.

6. Pricing and Payment

Product prices are displayed on the relevant product page.

Payments are processed through the payment methods and third-party payment providers made available at checkout.

Birdiescoop reserves the right to change product prices or offers in the future. Any change will not affect a purchase that has already been completed.

7. Refunds

Because Birdiescoop products are digital products that may be made available immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not provided once the digital product has been accessed or delivered.

If you experience a technical problem with your purchase or cannot access the files you purchased, please contact us at info@birdiescoop.com and we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the issue.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

The Birdiescoop name, branding, product names, written content, workbook structure, graphics and other original materials remain the property of Birdiescoop LLP or their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to the customer.

9. Prohibited Use

You must not use Birdiescoop products or services for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of Birdiescoop or others.

10. Third-Party Services

Birdiescoop may use third-party services for website hosting, e-commerce, payment processing, file delivery, analytics and other business functions.

Your use of those services may also be subject to the relevant third party's terms and policies.

11. Availability

We aim to keep our website, store and digital products available and functioning properly. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every service will always be free from errors or technical interruptions.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, business or applicable requirements.
