Shatwanna Dean is a full time REALTOR®, licensed in the State of Florida since 2005. She is also a licensed loan originator. She has vast knowledge and experience in all facets of real estate. As a real estate investor herself, she has purchased and renovated properties, been a landlord, and has several short term rental properties. Her real estate expertise also includes tax liens, tax deeds, auctions and land bank properties. She specializes in acquiring properties with little to no money. A graduate of Troy University, Shatwanna has a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling & Psychology. She is also a 25 year member of the United States Army. Out of all of her titles, the one she is most proud of, is being a mother of 3 wonderful children.
