I’m a specialist property accountant, active Rent-to-Rent (R2R) investor, and operator based in the UK and I’m on a mission to make property investing simple, profitable, and stress-free for everyone.

I’ve worked exclusively with R2R, Serviced Accommodation (SA), and HMO investors handling their bookkeeping, tax, compliance, and financial strategy. But I didn’t just sit behind a desk: I built and scaled my own portfolio of SA and HMO properties, so I know exactly what it takes to make deals work in the real world.

I saw too many investors making costly mistakes:
