DIGITAL PRODUCT REFUND POLICY

Because the Investment Property Playbook is delivered as an instant digital download, purchases are normally final once access has been provided. Please contact us promptly if you experience a duplicate charge, receive a corrupted file or cannot access your download. We will first work to restore access or provide a replacement file. Verified duplicate charges and genuine technical delivery failures will be reviewed fairly.

TERMS OF USE

Your purchase provides a personal, non-transferable license to use the Playbook for your own educational purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, share, reproduce or commercially exploit the Playbook or its contents without written permission from Black & Blue Ink Real Estate Services LLC.

The Playbook is provided for general educational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Real estate involves risk, and no particular result, income or investment return is promised or guaranteed. You remain responsible for your decisions, due diligence and consultation with appropriately qualified professionals.

PRIVACY

Payhip and the connected payment processors collect information required to process purchases and deliver digital products. Black & Blue Ink Real Estate Services LLC may receive customer details needed to fulfil orders, provide support, maintain records and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell customer personal information. Promotional messages will only be sent where the customer has provided the required consent. Payment-card and banking details are processed by the applicable payment provider and are not stored by Black & Blue Ink Real Estate Services LLC.
